Drop off and Pick Up Policy

As a courtesy to me, please drop of your child no earlier than 5 minutes before class and pick them up no later than 5 minutes after class is over. If you choose to stay with me while your child is in class, I ask that you remain on the side and you are welcomed to bring other siblings as long as they stay on the side with you. Thanks for understanding!
Assumption of Risk

I am of sound mind and have full authority to execute this waiver on behalf of myself as a participant, or on behalf of my child as their parent or legal guardian. If the participant is someone other than myself or my child, I got permission from the participant, or the participant's parent/legal guardian, to sign this on their behalf. I understand the risks associated with participating in these events, including the risks associated with paint, clay and fully accept these risks on behalf of myself and any participant I am registering. This participant is joining in TheHawsStyle classes or programs by their own choice. Neither I nor the participant (if someone other than myself) will hold TheHawsStyle responsible or liable for any injuries or damages resulting from participation in my classes or programs. I informed TheHawsStyle through the registration process of any allergies, dietary, or other restrictions (physical or emotional) that this participant has that could affect them or other participants in the class. The HawsStyle is committed to providing a positive and safe environment for all kids and their families. I understand that each participant must treat all other participants and TheHawsStyle with respect. If any participant disrespects another participant or instructor, physically or verbally, I understand that TheHawsStyle will do their best to handle the situation in a positive constructive manner. But if the disrespect continues, I understand that the participant may need to be removed from the program.
Payment Policies

If you choose to drop a class prior to the session ending please give us 2-3 days. Otherwise, you will be charged for the lesson. Payment for our summer camps is due at the time of enrollment.
