[Youth Training Program 2025/26]

Youth Training Program of Liverpool FC International Academy (Hong Kong) (LFCIAHK) is designed for aged 3-16 years old players. All program are designed by our professional coach team. Play 'The Liverpool Way' is our Core Value. Besides of basic techniques, the program focuses more on the improvement of physical strengths, football techniques, tactical knowledge and also team spirit. The progress of the students will be evaluated regularly, advices and guidance will be offered accordingly to help them play up to their potential.

3-4yrs, 5-8yrs, 9-12yrs, 13-16yrs (at least 3yrs old)

條款及細則
1.一位球員只能由一位陪同者陪同，非球員不能進入訓練場地或觀眾席。
2. 如因颱風(三號風球或以上)，當天一切課堂或活動將告取消，恕不設補堂或退款。
3. 如因雷暴或暴雨而取消該節課堂或活動，校方亦會於課堂開始前兩小時以短訊及/或手機應用程式通知家長，該課堂費用將會於下一期扣減。
4. 課堂途中天氣惡劣，教練會因應實際情況作出決定，如取消課堂，該課堂費用將會於下一期扣減。
5. 在微雨情況下會照常上課。

6. 每學期8堂可請假2次。家長需於課堂開始至少四小時前到SchoolTracs通知校方請假。請假之課堂費用(最多2堂)將作備用金，必須於請假後90日內作扣減學費之用，不得轉讓、不設補堂及不設退款。

7. 加入成為會員專享之HK$500會員報名電子優惠券會於每期(每期8堂)學費中自動從學費單中扣除。每期只會扣除HK$500會員報名優惠一次。電子優惠券不能兌換現金、其他產品、服務或轉讓他人。
8. 所有報名所需費用必須於課程開課前成功繳付，否則校方有權視作放棄報名論，校方亦有權拒絕未繳清費用之球員上課。
9. 如自行缺課，恕不補堂或退款。
10. 如因場地安排或其他突發事件而取消課堂，該課堂費用將會於下一期扣減。
11. 如被接納所繳交費用，於任何情況下恕不退回、更改或轉讓。
12. 家長/監護人願意授權予校方在無須經本人審查而可使用貴子弟的肖像、姓名、聲線及個人資料作為活動及推廣之用(包括相片，錄像及多媒體錄像等)。
13. 家長/監護人同意貴子弟健康及體能良好，適宜參加足球訓練或活動。家長/監護人明白並同意貴子弟因參加足球訓練課程或活動而造成傷亡或財物損失，家長/監護人不會向利物浦國際足球學校(香港) 追究任何責任。

14. 所有參加青少年足球訓練課程之球員，必須穿著整齊利物浦國際足球學校(香港)之訓練套裝上課，套裝包括球衣、短褲及足球襪。
15. 如有任何爭議，利物浦國際足球學校(香港)及PNH Soccer Academy Limited將保留最終決定權。如本條款及細則的中、英文版本有所差異，一概以中文版本為準。

Terms and Conditions
1. Each Player can be accompanied by one parent or companion ONLY, non-player is NOT allowed to enter the soccer pitch or auditorium.
2. If the Tropical Cyclone Warning Signal No.3 or above is hoisted, the class/ activities will be cancelled without any make-up class or refund.
3. If the class/ activities are cancelled due to the thunderstorm or rainstorm, Liverpool FC International Academy (Hong Kong) (LFCIAHK) will inform parents via SMS and/or mobile app notification 2 hours before the class/ activities. We will notify the parent/guardian the make-up arrangement.
4. The coach would consider the actual weather condition to decide whether or not to proceed the class/ activities. If the class/ activities is cancelled, the fee of the class/ activities will be deducted in the next block.
5. Training will go on as scheduled in light rain condition.

6. Players can apply for leave TWICE during each block of 8 lessons. Notice of absence should be given to LFCIAHK via SchoolTracs at least 4 hours prior to the beginning of the Class scheduled for the player. The value of the unattended lesson (max 2 lessons) will be credited towards next enrolment within 90 days, which is non-refundable, non-transferable and cannot be rescheduled.

7. The exclusive offer of HK$500 Course Fee Discount e-Coupon for members will be automatically deducted from each invoice for the block(8 sessions). It will only be deducted HK$500 once for each block. The e-Coupon is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash, any other products or service.
8. All fees required for enrolment MUST BE successfully paid before the start of the soccer courses, otherwise LFCIAHK reserves the right to deem the application forfeited. LFCIAHK also reserves the right to deny the students attending lessons should there be any unpaid fees.
9. No make-up lessons, refund of fees will be arranged for absences without any leave application.
10. In the case of class cancellation due to venue availability and/or unexpected events, the fee of that class will be deducted in the next block.
11. Once the course fee is accepted, course fee is non-refundable, cannot be rescheduled & non-transferable under any circumstances.
12. Parent/Guardian agree to authorize LFCIAHK to use your child’s portrait, name, voice and personal information as the purpose of promotion without further examination.
13. Parent/Guardian hereby declare that your child is healthy, physically fit and suitable to participate in the class/ activities and agree to abide by all rules and regulations of the LFCIAHK. Parent/Guardian agree not to hold LFCIAHK responsible for any accident of whatever kind, resulting in death or injury, and/or for any damage, loss or destruction of personal properties during the class / activities.

14. Full LFCIAHK Training Kit (including Jersey, shorts and socks) must be worn to participate in the Youth Training Programme.
15. In case of any dispute, LFCIAHK & PNH Soccer Academy Limited reserves the right of final decision. In the event of any discrepancy between the English and Chinese versions of these Terms & Conditions, the Chinese version shall prevail.
