Green orchard fruits and toasted brioche aromas from this elegant Cuvée. Five years on the lees gives a wonderful homemade pastry note, sitting alongside green orchard fruit, reflecting the hot mid and late summer of 2019. 

A super concentrated nose. Opulent, polished aromas of lemon peel and aromatic balm, pink lady apple and fresh pastry. The palate is bright and intense; a wicked line of clean acidity keeps it brisk, the well-ripe fruit hangs off it keenly. Crisp pear, subtle tropical fruit notes. Long, tense toasted-brioche finish.

A supremely classy, highly -polished nose, reminiscent of blackberries, perfumed violet florals and cherry. The palate is medium bodied, filled with opulent berry fruits. Silky, elegant texture from long lees ageing. A clean, rich, fresh patisserie finish.

Ripe sun-kissed orchard fruit, filled with apples, citrus, and white peach. This wine is ridiculously scrumptious. 

Tense, bright orchard fruits on nose. Green apple, wild pear, lemon citrus. An elegant bees-wax aromatic note, slightly chamomile. The palate is vibrant and taut with bright, vital fruit following the nose precisely. Clean, very elegant, juicy style.

An inviting nose of pear, fresh pollen and subtle tropical fruits; mango  and banana. Palate follows, medium-bodied and gently creamy textured  with refreshing acidity. Long complex, fruit-filled finish.  Easy drinking but layers of complex fruit notes, baked apple. 

Juicy, crunchy, vibrant Pinot Noir all held in an elegant, very ‘classic’ structure. Concentrated brambles (blackberry) and black cherry, damson fruit overlaid with quintessential Pinot perfumed aromatics and subtle dry spice. Subtle fennel and violet give further aromatic complexity and intrigue. 

The 2023 Pinot Noir, but with a little more age on it. Elegant and savory, with cranberry, black cherry and cedar lifted by spice and a long, structured finish.

A precise and elegant rosé English strawberry fruit notes. Subtle lemon-balm and nettle aromatics. Great firm structure at it’s core. It’s light frame holds a great intensity of fresh flavor, revealing itself over time in the glass.
