- We kindly ask that applicants be available for the full weekend of the event. While you do not need to be available for any pre- or post-conference activities, full weekend availability helps us with scheduling and allows for greater flexibility. If selected, we’ll connect with you directly to discuss your availability, preferences, and any scheduling restrictions.
- To help streamline the application process, we recommend gathering your credentials and documentation in advance. This includes your resume or a list of relevant degrees and certifications (with expiration dates). A degree in a fitness or wellness-related field and/or a national certification (e.g., ACE, AFAA, NASM, ACSM) is required. Please note: this requirement may be waived for those leading Group Fitness Master Classes or Expo demos.
- Applications for FitnessFest are due by September 15th. If your application is accepted, we will follow up with confirmation. Selected applicants will also receive a sponsorship contract outlining the next steps. Event participation will be secured once signed contract is returned and payment is made.
