There are 2 Main Types of Bracket

1. Standard Bolt-on Bracket:
  
  This type of bracket is typically short, ranging from 200mm to 300mm in length. The axle tube may be positioned either centrally or off-centre.
2. U-Bolt Fitting:
  Commonly found on boat trailers, these brackets range in length from 300mm to 950mm, and may have more than 2 U-Bolt fixings.
