No-shows or unpaid vendors may be replaced from the waitlist

Vendor Refund Policy

Vendor fees directly support:

✔️ Event Marketing – advertising, promotions, and outreach to ensure strong attendance.

✔️ Operational Costs – permits, staffing, equipment, and event logistics.

✔️ Community Impact – a percentage of proceeds is donated to the Featured Charity.

 

Because these expenses are incurred as part of event preparation, vendor fees are non-refundable in the event of vendor cancellation, regardless of reason. This policy helps us maintain event quality, fulfill our charitable commitments, and ensure fairness to all participants.
