This special day was created to celebrate locally owned restaurants and spread foodies across the city to discover new flavors. This portion of the Foodie Lover's Weekend is dedicated to Brick and Mortar Restaurant ONLY and it's FREE to sign up!
Our mission is to shift hungry, enthusiastic foodies your way on Sunday, September 7th from 6am-6pm. We don't want you to change anything. The day starts when you open. The Foodie Collective is a nonprofit organization devoted to creating opportunities for restaurant professionals, chefs, food truck owners, and culinary entrepreneurs while supporting a sustainable and thriving culinary arts community.
How it works:
We are looking for four restaurants in each section of the city, each showcasing a different style of cuisine. We ask that you offer a minimal discount, sale, or perk to visitors — examples include:
✅ A free drink with the purchase of an entrée
✅ A complimentary dessert
✅ Buy One, Get One Free
✅ Or any creative incentive that works for you!
Additionally, please share photos of your featured dishes or your restaurant so we can spotlight you on our website and social media platforms.
