This is an AMCA Permitted (Permit No. 2025/4076) & Insured Event - YOU MUST BE A 2025 INVERNESS TRIALS CLUB or AMCA AFFILIATED CLUB MEMBER TO ENTER THIS EVENT. Entries from non-club members will be rejected. Please pre-enter, it saves time, entry fee will be collected electronically by debit/credit card at signing on. (Please note that parents must be within the immediate vicinity of youth riders during any event.)

Declaration – to be signed by all entrants. In consideration of being permitted to participate in this event, I declare as follows: 1. - That I have read the AMCA Rules and Regulations including the National Sporting Code, National Regulations, Supplementary Regulations and Entry Form and I agree to be bound by them in every respect. 2. - That I am fit and not suffering from any physical or mental disability which would impair my safe participation in the meeting, and I undertake to inform the organisers immediately should any change in my condition occur which I have reason to or ought to have reason to believe would affect my ability to continue to participate in this competition. 3. - I have been given the opportunity of inspecting the course / track / circuit and its facilities and hereby declare myself satisfied with the course / track / circuit and its facilities. If during the course of the competition circumstances change, it will be my decision as to continuance or otherwise of competing. 4. - That my vehicle complies with the regulations for this event as required upon scrutineering and further that it is safe and in a fit and proper condition for this event. 5. I further understand the nature and type of competition in which I wish to participate, and I am fully familiar with the nature, layout, features, and geography of the venue upon which I wish tocompete. 6. - I am satisfied that the venue is safe for me to compete upon and that should I, at any time, have any doubts as to their safety, I am entitled to decline to compete thereafter and that I may inspect each circuit prior to competing thereupon. 7. - As a participant I may be exposed to the risk inherent in motor sport and that I am prepared to take such risks. 8. - I further agree that I shall not seek to claim against the AMCA, the club, the organisers, their officials, the landowner, the promoter, their contractors or other bodies or individuals connected with the event in respect of any damage to my property howsoever caused and whether by the negligence or breach of statutory duty of the said bodies or persons. 9. - Acknowledgement of the risks of motorsport: I understand that by taking part in this event, I am exposed to a risk of death, becoming permanently disabled or suffering some other serious injury and I acknowledge that even in the event of negligence on the part of the AMCA, the promoter, the organising club, the landowner, or any individual carrying outduties on their behalf were to be a contributory cause of any serious injury I may suffer, the dominant cause of any serious injury will always be my voluntary decision to take part in a high risk activity. 10. - I have read and understood the above and acknowledge that my participation in motorsport is entirely at my own risk. I understand that my entry fee will be charged at signing on at the event. NOTE: YOU MUST BE AN AMCA CLUB MEMBER OR THIS ENTRY FORM WILL BE AUTOMATICALLY REJECTED.
