  • Section 1 - Applicant Information

  • Part 1 of our Teacher Application.

If your background and approach feel like a strong match, we’ll follow up with next steps.

If you don’t hear from us within 2 weeks, it likely means we’ve decided to move forward with other applicants.

We appreciate your time and interest in teaching with us!

  • Instrument Teacher Requirements

🎹 Instrument teachers (piano, drums, guitar, etc) must be able to confidently demonstrate playing ability and read music fluently on their instrument.

  • 🎤 Voice Teacher Requirements

To teach voice at our studio, you must have:

    • Healthy vocal technique
    • Basic piano skills (for warm-ups/scales)
    • Strong knowledge of vocal health and anatomy
    • Formal vocal education is required.

We strongly prefer degrees in vocal pedagogy or music education.
While performance degrees and live experience are valuable, they may not be enough on their own. We prioritize safe, age-appropriate vocal development—not just performance ability.

👉 Please make sure this matches your level of training before continuing with the rest of this application.

  • Toddler Music Teacher Requirements

🧸 Toddler music teachers must be able to sing comfortably and confidently, manage group classes (up to 12 students and 12 adults), and lead engaging, developmentally appropriate activities.
The ability to play a secondary instrument (like guitar or ukulele) is a plus.

📌 Please Note – Toddler Music Availability

We currently offer Toddler Music Classes on weekday mornings, with plans to expand to Saturdays soon.

If you're not available during these times, this may not be the right fit at the moment.
You’re welcome to continue with the application in case future openings align better—but as of now, we don’t have availability outside those windows.

  • ⚠️ Heads Up: Resume & Video Are Strongly Recommended
Without a resume or video demonstrating your musical skills, your application is unlikely to move forward in our hiring process.

Are you sure you’d like to continue without uploading those materials?

You can go back and add them now if you'd like to improve your chances.
