Audition Registration for "Snow White"
Please complete this form to register to audition for Momentum Dance Company's "Snow White". All auditions are Saturday, January 17, 2026, at Baila Irving Performing Arts Academy; the performances are April 23, 24, and 25 at the Irving Arts Center. If there are multiple dancers in your family who intend to audition, please complete a separate form for each dancer. You must pay the $25 audition fee in order to submit this form.
