Balance is due 7 days before event/setup time (24-hour cycles)
Reservation Deposit: 30% non-refunable deposit (Due once booking is confirmed to reserve your date)
Damage/Security Deposit: $100 (Required with final balance payment; refundable if equipment is damage-free. Equipment will be assessed to ensure equipment is returned in the condition it was delivered)
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations made more than 14 days before the event/setup time: full refund minus deposit

Cancellations within 8-14 days before the event/setup time: 50% refund

Due to the nature and pre-planning for custom theme bookings, cancellations must be made more than 21 days in advance for a 50% refund; otherwise, no refund will be granted.
- No refunds for cancellations less than 8 days before the event/setup time. No exceptions!
Travel Policy
Complimentary Travel – Locations within 20 miles of Macon, GA (31201) are included at no additional cost.
Standard Travel Fees:
21-40 miles: $35
41-60 miles: $65
61-80 miles: $95
81-100 miles: $125
Extended Travel (100+ miles) – a custom quote will be provided based on distance, setup time, tolls, and any lodging needs.
