• Miss Ultimate USA National Scholarship Pageant Appointed Title Form

    Welcome! This form is for those who want to attend the 2026 Miss Ultimate USA National Scholarship Pageant as an Appointed Title. At Miss Ultimate USA we want to provide full transparency and expectations! 2026 National Fees are as follows $150 Appointed title fee includes State Crown and Sash. Additional National Fees include $300 National Registration Fee and $800 National Package Fee (Includes contestant Gala Ticket and Contestant T-shirt). *Crown & Sash is not ORDERED until $300 Registration Fee is paid.* Crowns and Sashes can take UP TO 8 WEEKS to arrive to us as they are manufactured by an outside vendor. We mail these out as soon as they arrive to us. If You fail to compete at nationals or withdraw for any reason you are required to pay a $200 withdraw fee and return the Crown and Sash to the National Office. No refunds or transfers are given on any National Fees. Age divisions based as of July 1, 2026, Ages 4-27.... Jr. Princess (4-6), Princess (7-9), Preteen (10-12), Jr. Teen (13-15), Teen (16-19), Miss (20-27). 

  • Registration & Fees

    Appointed title fee includes Crown and Sash $150, Registration fee $300, National Package Fee $800. If You fail to compete at nationals or withdraw for any reason you are required to pay a $200 withdraw fee and return the Crown and Sash to the National Office. National Fees are not refunded or transferable. *Crown and Sash are not ORDERED until the $300 National Registration Fee is paid*

  • Age divisions based as of July 1, 2026

    Jr. Princess (Ages 4-6), Princess (Ages 7-9), Preteen (Ages 10-12), Jr. Teen (Ages 13-15), Teen (Ages 16-19), Miss (Ages 20-27)

  • Required Competitions

    There are three required phases of competition, Interview 40% (Round Robin Style for Jr. Princess, Panel Style for Princess-Miss), Ultimate Runway 30%, and Evening Gown 30%. Top 3 in the Jr. Teen, Teen, and Miss are required to compete in Onstage Question.

  • Age, Marital, Citizenship, and Parental Requirement

    Contestants between the age of 4-27 are eligible to compete. Each Contestant must be a natural born female, a US Citizen, and never been married. Divorced Contestants are ineligible. Contestants may also not have any children.

  • Hair and Makeup Rules

    You may style your child as you wish. We ask that there are no flippers or glitz style. We ask that the contestants still look their age.
