Based on knowledge gained from the Phase I activities of the PLU, create a Plan of Action to address one of the following goals:

1. Creates and sustains positive, collaborative relationships with families for the benefit of all students.
2. Builds productive partnerships with the community to support the school's mission and vision.
3. Develops and supports open, productive, caring, and trusting working relationships among faculty and staff to promote professional growth and the improvement of practice.
4. Promotes a student-centered learning environment of high expectations and support to address the diverse needs of students.

The plan must have a targeted objective that is SMART (specific, measurable, attainable, results-oriented, and time bound) for the school or district.
