Based on knowledge gained from the 2-day Culture Training, submit a Plan of Action to address one of the following goals:
- Establish/reinforce positive and supportive relationships among students to promote a student-centered learning enviornment of high expectations.
- Establish/reinforce positive and supportive relationships among faculty & staff to promote professional growth and improvement of practice.
The plan must have a targeted objective that is SMART (specific, measurable, attainable, results-oriented, and time bound) for the school or district.
The Plan of Action will include:
- Targeted Objective
- Action steps
- To whom each step should be directed
- How each step will be implemented
- Time Frame for implementation of each step
Use the following template for your plan. You may add as many rows as needed for your time frame. Make sure all information is visible in all cells before submitting.
