    Selling Order - the order in which you want the bulls to be sold through the ring, once catalogued this order cannot change. If you wish to split your draft, enter selling order 1 and continue to where you want your second draft to be split and then start again at 1.

    Agent - please select Elders, GDL or Nutrien, if you wish to split your draft, start your selling order  1 for each agent and select relevant agent for each draft.

    Full Name of Bull - Include Stud Prefix and given name

    Ident of Bull - Include FULL identification number of the bull eg IPC21456M

    DNA - select yes if tested and results have been forwarded to the office, select no if no tests have been carried out and select pending if testing has been submitted to the labs

    DNA tests carried out - tick all revelvant DNA testing the bull has had done

    Notes - DO NOT INCLUDE ANY DNA RESULTS OR VACCINATION RESULTS IN THIS BOX - only notes specific to that animal and limited to 25 words.

    Individual Brand No - All herd bulls must be branded with an individual number, no two bulls in the same sale being sold by the same vendor can have the same number brand. Enter just the individual brand number, not the three piece or symbol brand. 

    DNA - enter yes if tested and results have been forwarded to the office, no if no tests have been carried out, pending if testing has been submitted to the labs 

    Notes - DO NOT INCLUDE ANY DNA RESULTS OR VACCINATION RESULTS IN THIS BOX - only general notes specific to that animal and limited to 25 words.

    Number Nomination fee $111.08/bull have been invoiced. 

    Pedigree Nomination fee $111.08/bull will be invoiced after the close of pedigree nominations.

    Total per bull $222.16
