I, __________________, one of the People, as seen in the 50 State Constitutions (Republican in Form), Sui Juris, do present this Notice that you and your agents provide immediate due care to those with all political power, the People. (Bolded for emphasis)

Please take Notice the People have assembled, studied, and realized our duty and authority to instruct our servants and trustees in all seats of government. (Bolded for emphasis) (See evidence below)
Arizona Constitution Article 2, Section 2: Political Power; Purpose of Government All political power is inherent in the people, and governments derive their just powers from the consent of the governed, and are established to protect and maintain individual rights.
Maxim of Law: The main object of government is the preservation and protection of personal rights, private property, and public Liberties and upholding the law of God. American Maxim
Maxim of Law: The government is to be subject to the law, for the law makes the government. And;
Please take Notice the people have studied the Constitutions and are aware that the purpose of government is to protect individual Rights, and that our Rights include the enjoyment of the gains of our own industry. (Bolded for emphasis) (See evidence below)

Please take Final Notice it is my wish, order and demand that you and your agents provide Constitutional grant of authority to deprive the People of the gains of their industry, property, by a direct and unapportioned taxation of the People. If you believe that any of the above claims are untrue and that you have a Constitutional grant of authority to trespass the Peoples' Inherent Rights, rebut by sworn affidavit, point by point, under penalty of perjury, within seven (7) days of receiving this Notice. Failure to respond means that by tacit acquiescence you agree that all statements in this Notice are truth and fact in the law. Additionally you agree that you are acting with full knowledge, intent and malice trespassing the Peoples' Inherent Rights and that no court shall rehear the matter, but it shall stand as evidence in all courts of record.
