Waiver Agreement
By signing this waiver, I acknowledge and agree to the following:
Skate at Your Own Risk — I understand that roller skating and participating in outdoor skating events involve inherent risks, including but not limited to injury, collision, falls, or property damage. I voluntarily assume full responsibility for any risk of injury or loss.
Liability Release — I agree that Skate Ambitions, Roller Skate Oʻahu, event organizers, sponsors, and volunteers are not responsible or liable for any injuries, damages, or losses that may occur during or as a result of my participation in this event.
Equipment — If I rent skates or equipment, I acknowledge that I am solely responsible for their safe use and return.
Media Consent — I grant Skate Ambitions and Roller Skate Oʻahu permission to take photos and videos of me during the event and to use these materials for marketing, promotional purposes, and on social media or websites without compensation.
Community Purpose — I understand this is a community event intended to bring people together in a positive environment and support local vendors.
General Release — This waiver applies to this event and any future Sunset Skate events I choose to attend, unless I revoke it in writing.
