These photo's will be used for our selection process, as well as used on social media to highlight vendors who will be attending. 

 

Vendor Selection Aknowledgement:

I understand that George Greenaway PAC & Event Co-ordinator strive to host a well balanced market (something for everyone on the list) with local handmade wares, showcasing the talent within the community.

This includes but not limited to, only accaepting a couple of vendors in each catagory, as well as making sure the products vary in themes and style so no two vendors are selling too many similar of products.

 

LIABILITY ACKNOWLEDGMENT:

I understand that George Greenaway PAC and SD36 are not liable for any lost/stolen/damaged product while on the property or in the facility.

While the PAC has liability insurance for the duration of the event through the district, insurance does NOT extend to any vendor's products at the event. It is highly recommended that you obtain 3rd party event insurance (not mandatory) This can be purchased from a company such as Duuo Canada or Zensurance, for as low as $20 for the event. 

George Greenaway PAC reserves the right to remove any vendor who does not act respectfully to any/all volunteers and event planner.

$35 young entrepreneur (16 and under)

$40 with your own table (one chair provided)

$50 to rent a 6ft table and two chairs 

$85 to rent two 6ft tables (space) and two chairs

Communication Aknowledgement:

I understand that accepted vendors will recieve notification by August 16,2025. Upon recieving confirmation, you agree to send table payment by September 1, 2025, unless other arrangements are communicated and agreed upon. Vendors who fail to pay will be declined and notified, and the event planner will move to the wait listed vendors in your category.

ALL COMMUNICATIONS BETWEEN VENDORS & EVENT PLANNER WILL TAKE PLACE VIA THIS EMAIL ACCOUNT AND NOT PRIVATE SOCIAL MEDIA ACCOUNTS.

Vendors placed on waitlists (due to categories being full) will be notified mid August and will have the opportunity to remain on the waitlist and be contacted in September should approved vendors fail to pay their table fee by the above stated deadline.
