WAVES CONNECT (PTY) LTD – CLIENT SERVICE AGREEMENT
1. Parties Involved
This agreement is made between Waves Connect (Pty) Ltd ("Service Provider") and the undersigned individual or business ("Client").
2. Equipment Ownership and Use
All equipment installed or provided by Waves Connect (Pty) Ltd remains the sole property of the Service Provider.
The Client receives the equipment free of charge for the duration of the service.
Any loss, theft, or damage due to negligence, misuse, or unauthorized tampering will be charged to the Client at replacement or repair cost.
3. Cancellation Terms
Services are offered on a month-to-month basis, but a full calendar month’s notice is required for cancellation.
Arrangements must be made to allow Waves Connect (Pty) Ltd to retrieve all equipment upon cancellation.
Failure to return equipment within 7 days of service termination may result in charges for the replacement cost.
4. Billing and Payments
Billing occurs at the end of each month, with payment due within 7 days of invoice date.
Late payments may result in temporary suspension or permanent disconnection of services until the account is settled.
5. Acceptance
By signing this agreement, the Client agrees to the above terms and acknowledges that they understand and accept all conditions.
6. Installation Liability and Permissions
Waves Connect (Pty) Ltd will carry out all installations with care and professionalism. However, the Service Provider will not be held responsible for any damage caused during the installation process, including but not limited to drilling, cabling, or mounting equipment.
It is the Client’s responsibility to obtain all necessary permissions from landlords, body corporates, homeowners’ associations, or any other relevant authority before installation begins.
Waves Connect (Pty) Ltd accepts no liability for disputes or damages arising from installations done without such approvals.
7. Governing Law
This agreement shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
