IMPORTANT NOTICE TO ALL PLAYERS:
We kindly request all players to visit www.trianglethrowballclub.com and review all the details related to the 2025 Indoor Summer Leagues before proceeding with registration.
Triangle Throwball Club (TTC) will not be responsible for any misunderstandings arising from failure to read the information provided on the website.
Please make sure you are fully informed before registering.
SUBSTITUTE ASSIGNMENT PROCESS:
- Substitute Registration
1) Any number of players can register as substitutes for the league.
Once registered, all susbstitues will be added to a dedicated group for communication.
2) Availability Check [WEEKLY] Every TUESDAY, a poll will be posted in the substitute group to check availability for that week.
3) Substitutes must repond to the poll by THURSDAYs at 5:00PM to be considered for assignment.
4) Substitute Assignment Process [WEEKLY], TTC will check the list of available substitutes from the registered group.
Substitutes will be assigned to teams based on First-come, First-served basis (For each week). Player is responsible to be the fastest-finger to mark your availability for the respective weeks, to grab the spot.
5) Skill level matching (TTC will try to the best possible to match the substitute's level to the player being replaced).
NOTE:
1. Assigning substitutes depends on the number of requests received from team representatives.
2. TTC cannot gurantee that every susbtitute who marks themselves available will be assigned for that week, as we can only assign substitutes based on the number of requests from team representatives received for that week.
3. Unassigned substitutes can try again in future weeks by responding to the weekly availability poll.
This process ensures fairness while balancing team needs and player availabiliy.
