After completing this form, my email response will include your appointment date, time, appointment address and a link to pay the deposit. A deposit of £45 will need to be paid to secure your appointment.

Location of the appointment is variable and will be confirmed in my email response. I am mainly based in East London, UK - unless otherwise stated on IG.

My email response will answer the questions in this form and offer a price range for what you want. There is an option for you to include other INQUIRIES & ADDITIONAL COMMENTS should you have any.

I will need to know if you have any allergies or access needs here, so you have a smooth and nice time. FYI, I only tattoo with nitrile gloves (makes things easier).
FOOD ALLERGIES/ DIETARY REQUIREMENTS
As part of the aftercare and support I provide, I like to have simple snacks and cups of tea or coffee available for clients. These are very basic, but I like to make sure I have something that will be fine for you to eat and remove any allergens from the studio space if necessary.
