FALL WINTER 2025/2026 NEW AND RETURNING STUDENT REGISTRATION

Please fill out this form completely if you are either new to the program or you are a past student. Completing the form includes making a 2nd choice - even if it is the same class as your 1st choice. We do consider your 2nd choice a viable option. Completing the form also includes that you read the POLICIES AND WAIVERS and scroll down, then, check the box that you have read them. You must also make your total payment, or the registration form will not be processed. You do not need a PayPal account to pay - you can use any credit card. All class times are subject to change without prior notice or consent. 2nd Choice indicated on registration forms are considered a viable option and placement into 2nd choice class will be made without prior notice or consent. If a class is full or does not have the minimum required registrations, registrants will be notified with alternate placement options. Should you not be placed in a class - you will receive a full refund. By registering for a class - you are not guaranteed a spot in the class. Current term students/siblings have priority placement and class rosters are not finalized until after the registration deadline.
