We’re excited you’re interested in joining our community. To help keep this space safe, supportive, and centered on BIPOC and other marginalized voices, we ask a few questions below. Your answers help us get to know you and uphold our shared values. Note: All information provided is confidential and accessible only to designated vetting admins. Application data is deleted within 90 days of your application being processed, unless you request earlier removal. Additionally this JotForm autodeletes after 90 days of completion, whether it's reviewed by MEA or not. We use strong encryption and secure storage to protect your information at every step. If you have any concerns or need an alternative way to apply, please let us know—we’re here to support you!
