  • Rental Terms & Rules

  • You are reserving the Buffalo Park Pavilion only. Buffalo Park remains open to the public during your rental period.

    Members of the public may continue to access park amenities, including the playground and restrooms; however, the reserved pavilion area is intended for the exclusive use of the renter and their guests during the approved rental period.

    Submitting this form does not guarantee or confirm a reservation. The requested rental date may be temporarily held for up to one (1) week pending payment. Reservations are confirmed only after full payment has been received by the Village of Stanwood. Once payment is received, the pavilion rental will be officially approved and added to the reservation calendar.

    Rental Fees:

    Village Residents: $50.00, which includes a $25.00 refundable deposit.

    Non-Residents: $75.00, which includes a $25.00 refundable deposit.

    The refundable deposit will be returned following the event if the pavilion and surrounding area are left clean, undamaged, and all rental terms and rules have been followed.

    The Village of Stanwood is not responsible for mail delays or lost payments. Reservations are confirmed only after payment is received in full.

    Park Rules:

    • No alcohol permitted on park property

    • No nails, staples, or permanent/damaging adhesives may be used on pavilion structures or tables. Any tape or temporary decorations must be fully removed during cleanup.

    • No damage or vandalism to the pavilion, playground equipment, tables, or other park property

    • Pavilion area must be tidied before leaving. Trash must be placed in provided bins. Maintenance staff will handle final trash disposal

    • Music and amplified sound must end by 10:30 PM

    • If gates are closed, maintenance staff will unlock them for the approved reservation and re-lock them by 11:30 PM

    • No fires or fireworks permitted

    • Children must be supervised at all times

    • No parking on grass or non-designated areas
