Please note that a basic truck roll fee applies to all non-warranted service calls. This includes all systems installed by companies other than GRID LLC. Hourly labor and materials are billed as required. GRID will try to utilize manufacturer warranties if available, but the system owner is ultimately responsible for all charges. (Similar to calling an HVAC company to repair your furnace)
I'm getting a new roof and need the system removed and reinstalled for the roofers.
