BY ACKNOWLEDGING AND SIGNING BELOW, I AM DELIVERING AN ELECTRONIC SIGNATURE THAT WILL HAVE THE SAME EFFECT AS AN ORIGINAL MANUAL PAPER SIGNATURE. THE ELECTRONIC SIGNATURE WILL BE EQUALLY AS BINDING AS AN ORIGINAL MANUAL PAPER SIGNATURE.
This Tournament is Sponsored by Veterans Ten-Pin Takeover LLC. aka. (VTT). VTT will be doing pictures & video taping of some events to post on our website. Any bowler entering any event run by VTT, understands they may be photographed, or videotaped. All bowlers who choose to compete in a VTT event, are not entitled to any compensation or reimbursement from VTT or USBC, for pictures or video used unless prior arrangements are made. VTT or USBC is not entitled to sell or charge any fee for the reproduction of any pictures/ or video.
Bowlers entering any VTT event do so voluntarily. VTT will not be held liable to any bowler, person(s) who are injured while attending a VTT Memorial Day Bowling Tournament. Nor shall any helper/worker of VTT program be personally liable if a bowler, person(s) is injured during any VTT Memorial Day Bowling Tournament.
VTT will not be held liable for bowlers equipment (including balls,shoes,bags,etc) damaged, lost, stolen, left behind, etc.
ALL TRANSACTIONS ARE FINAL
WE WILL TAKE WALK-INS IF AVAILABLITY PERMITS
ANY UNSANCTIONED BOWLERS WILL BE CHARGED AN $5 FEE PER USBC REGULATIONS AND WILL BE BOWLING SCRATCH
