    Please ensure your OSI Smart Alarm System Gen 2 (4G) is fully installed and powered on, and that all motion and contact sensors are properly set up and functioning. Live monitoring tests can only be performed once your system is completely operational. If you're experiencing setup issues or your sensors aren't working yet, please create a support ticket and our team will assist you.

It’s quick, flexible, and works on your schedule. Once done, just fill out the Date of Test, Test Time Start and Test Time End so we can confirm all signals were received!
