    Use the form below to schedule a convenient time for us to test your alarm system and confirm all signals are reaching the monitoring station.
  • IMPORTANT: Before Submitting Your Test Request Form!

    Please ensure your OSI Smart Alarm System Gen 2 (4G) is fully installed and powered on, and that all motion and contact sensors are properly set up and functioning. Live monitoring tests can only be performed once your system is completely operational. If you're experiencing setup issues or your sensors aren't working yet, please create a support ticket and our team will assist you.

    Please read and confirm the following requirements. A self‑test must NOT be performed until OSI Go Direct Support verifies: 

    • our alarm zones are set up correctly and you submitted the 'Subscriber Information Form'
    • The zones listed for your system match the zones shown on your alarm panel.
    • OSI Go Direct has reviewed and confirmed both items with you.

  • After OSI Go Direct has verified your zones, you can complete your system test by following our Self-Test for Monitoring instructions. It’s quick, flexible, and works on your schedule. After testing, fill out the Date of Test, Test Time Start, and Test Time End below so we can confirm all signals were received.
