    Use the form below to schedule a convenient time for us to test your alarm system and confirm all signals are reaching the monitoring station.

  • IMPORTANT: Before Submitting Your Test Request Form!

    Please ensure your OSI Smart Alarm System Gen 2 (4G) is fully installed and powered on, and that all motion and contact sensors are properly set up and functioning. Live monitoring tests can only be performed once your system is completely operational. If you're experiencing setup issues or your sensors aren't working yet, please create a support ticket and our team will assist you.

  • Have you inserted your SIM Card into your OSI Alarm Panel? (Red indicates Sim Card Placement)*

    Please open a Support Ticket first. Once the issue is resolved and you see white bars, you may proceed to complete and submit the form.

  • Don’t have time to schedule a live session with a monitoring agent? No problem—you can complete the system test on your own by following our Self-Test for Monitoring instructions. It’s quick, flexible, and works on your schedule. Once done, just fill out the Date of Test, Test Time Start and Test Time End so we can confirm all signals were received!
