Welcome to The Grading Club

We are an officially authorised UK dealer for PSA, Beckett, CGC and SGC, helping collectors submit their cards safely and professionally for grading.

If you are posting your cards to us, please use a fully tracked and insured service. Once your cards arrive at our HQ, they are securely stored and insured until they are safely returned to you.

After submitting this form, you will receive two confirmation emails.
One of these will include full instructions on where to send your cards.

When your cards arrive:
• They are carefully checked in
• Scanned into our system
• Uploaded for your access
• Added to our weekly service update emails

You’ll receive regular updates throughout the grading process so you always know where your cards are.

Card Grading Turnaround Times & Responsibility Notice

Important - Must Read

Card grading is currently at an all-time high demand across all major grading companies. As a result, turnaround times are estimates only and are subject to change at any time.

All turnaround times provided by The Grading Club are based on information supplied directly by the grading companies and are not guaranteed.

Delays can occur due to:

Backlogs at the grading company
Quality control or review processes
Shipping or customs delays
Order issues requiring further checks
The Grading Club is not responsible or liable for delays caused by grading companies, shipping partners, or customs authorities.

By submitting cards for grading, you acknowledge and accept that:

Your cards may take longer than the estimated turnaround time
Turnaround times can change without notice
Refunds are not provided due to grading delays
If you are not comfortable with the possibility of extended turnaround times, we recommend waiting to submit your cards until grading timelines improve.

Our role is to carefully prepare, submit, track and return your cards safely. We will keep you informed throughout the process with regular updates.
