  • Format: (000) 000-0000.
  • Have you ever done any of the following*
  • How would you typically handle an unexpected situation?*
  • A stranger at the event asks how you know the client. What's your best response?*
  • How would you create healthy distance between yourself and the client in a live interaction?*
  • A client tries to get you to break a BYOB rule (e.g. impersonate a police officer, lie about legal status, provide an alibi etc.). What's your response?*
  • This isn’t just performance. It’s real life.
Some of our clients are referred by therapists. Others are simply trying to rebuild confidence after setbacks, anxiety, or years of feeling invisible. Either way, they’re making a big decision — letting someone step into their life to help shift how they see themselves.

This isn’t therapy, but it is therapeutic.
Your presence is the catalyst. Your timing and subtlety can create a moment they’ll replay in their mind for weeks — possibly years. To make that happen, we require each contractor to have a short face-to-face call (Zoom or phone) with the client before the scheduled interaction. It’s usually 5 minutes or less. This is to help the client feel more comfortable, reduce anxiety, and build trust — especially if they’re nervous leading up to the moment.

In that moment — when you step in — they’ll be watching everything.
If it feels robotic, they’ll feel it. If it feels seamless, it becomes part of their real life.
    That’s what we’re aiming for.
