Event Vendor Registration Form

Vendor Space:

Vendor Fee - $50 (regular), Food truck/Food or drink vendors $75

-  Includes one table (6" or 8") and 2 chairs. You must bring all items for your setup including tablecloths. If you are a food truck, you will have one space available on the side of the building/road where we will be having the event. We will direct you to your space or have a sign on each table/space when you arrive. We will have inside and outside spaces available. 

- We accept payments via PayPal, Cash app, and money order. We will accept money orders no later than 2 weeks prior to event day. No cash payments will be accepted. No same day payments accepted. All payments must be made  no later than 1 1/2 weeks prior to the event.

- Every vendor is required to bring a school supply item or any lightly used/new clothes or shoes for the Back-to-school giveaway raffle

- Armed Security will be present for safety purposes.
