If the venue requires a Certificate of Insurance (COI) from JN Party Rentals, any additional cost associated with obtaining the COI will be the client’s responsibility.

JN Party Rentals is not responsible for venue-specific insurance requirements, fees, permits, or policies. We strongly recommend confirming all venue requirements prior to booking to avoid any last-minute issues.

Travel Fee: May apply if your event location is 10+ miles from West Covina, CA. Note* Travel fees are based on both distance and travel time.

Please Note: We require a 50% deposit fee of the total cost of your package to secure the date and time that you are requesting services. This deposit fee will be deducted from your remaining balance. The remaining balance will be paid the day of or 24-48 hours before your event. This deposit is NON-REFUNDABLE.
