Sponsor/Godparent: Sponsors for Confirmation are to sign the “Sponsor Covenant Form” testifying that they are practicing Catholics, fully initiated into the Catholic Church (Baptism, Confirmation and Eucharist); of at least 16yrs of age who are free of penalty (in good standing with the Church), and, if married, in a marriage recognized by the church. Sponsors are called to show the Confirmation candidates good examples of the Christian life, sustain them in moments of hesitancy and anxiety, bear witness, and guide their progress in the practice of their faith throughout their lives.

Important Info:

Adult Confirmation courses are 5 weeks atttendance is required every week. Should you anticipate being absent please contact your instructor with notice.

You must agree to attend and participate in all classes except when illness or emergency preclude your attendance.

If more than 1 class is missed you will be asked to retake the course.

Sponsor forms need to be submitted no later than 2 weeks after course begins.
