Accommodation Rates:

ELFIT offers a variety of room types, such as single, double and triple rooms, with very special rates!

As part of the ELFIT Community, you will be entitled to the following exclusive benefits, which will only be available if you book your stay through the ELFIT hospitality department. The exclusive benefits are as follows:

ELFIT Community Exclusive Benefits:
- Daily free shuttle service from the hotel to the venue and back during the event (19-22 November).
- Complimentary early check-in starting from 10:00 AM and complimentary late check-out till 03:00 PM. (Subject to availability).
Further Hotel policies:
- Early check-in: From 07:00 AM until 10:00 AM (2500 L.E Per Room Charge) – Before 07:00 AM (One night will be charged) (Subject to availability)
- Late check-out: From 03:00 PM until 06:00 PM (500 L.E Per Hour Per Room Charge) – After 06:00 PM (One night will be charged) (Subject to availability)
Booking Process:

Limited Rooms are available at our hotel and Rooms will be reserved on a first-come, first-served basis, Make sure you book your stay with us to guarantee your extra special benefits, please follow the below process:
1. Fill out the booking request form.
2. Our hospitality team will contact you within 2-4 days with the total stay cost and payment link.
3. Your booking is not confirmed until you finish your payment.
Cancellation & Refund Policy:

Cancellation Policy:
1. Should you choose to cancel prior to November 1, 2025, you'll be eligible for a full refund.
2. If you cancel on and after November 1, 2025, one night will be charged.
3. Any cancellation, for any and all reasons, on or after November 7, 2025, will NOT be eligible for any refund.
Refund Process:
- Refund duration takes 3-6 weeks after the event.
- Any transaction fees will be deducted from the refund amount
