Welcome to the B.A.R.S. Community Help Program Application. This program provides targeted financial assistance for the spay/neuter of companion cats and dogs owned by low-income families in our target areas, aiming to reduce pet overpopulation and improve animal health. Please note that this program is not for emergency situations. While applications are accepted on an ongoing basis, please be aware that submission does not guarantee acceptance, and the BARS Board of Directors may take up to one month to make a decision and reach out.
