Before Booking:
Reiki and Energy Protection Grid sessions must be scheduled at least 3–4 days in advance to allow time for your body and energy field to prepare.

These services are gentle yet powerful healing practices that work with your energetic body and environment to clear, align, shield, and support your overall well-being. They move subtle energy through your chakras, aura, and energetic pathways.
You may feel light-headed, emotional, sleepy, euphoric, or even “floaty” after a session—this is your system lovingly recalibrating. Your energy body is working hard behind the scenes to bring harmony, protection, and release. Trust it.
To support your healing process, I lovingly recommend:
》Drink plenty of pure, clean water before and after your session to flush out energetic debris and keep your vibration high.
》Eat nourishing, whole foods in the days leading up to your session. Detox gently with herbal teas, fruits, greens, and grounding meals.
》Avoid sugar, caffeine, soda, and heavy foods for about a week before your session to allow your body to be as receptive as possible.
》Dress Code Requirement: You must wear all white or soft pastel colors (such as light pink, baby blue, lavender, etc.) to your session to keep your energy field open and receptive.
》Rest as needed after your session. Give yourself space to integrate, breathe, and flow. Healing is a process, not a race.
》Be kind to your body. Be gentle with your emotions. Be open to your spirit. Your soul already knows the way.
This gentle detox and preparation period will help you receive the energy more deeply and avoid feeling overly fatigued or depleted after your session.
PAYMENT & BOOKING POLICY
Strict No-Refund & No-Cancellation Policy: All sales are final. There are absolutely no refunds and no cancellations once a session is booked. Please ensure your week is entirely cleared out and you are fully committed to your healing schedule before booking.
Booking Compliance: Payments sent before completing the booking form and signing the guidelines/policies will be declined and automatically refunded within 3–7 business days.
Complete Process: You must book, send payment, and sign the guidelines/policies on the same day to secure your service. Failure to complete all necessary steps will result in a declined service and a refund within 3–7 business days.
