If you need power, please bring your own generator. All Vendors and Sponsors with a Pop-UP, Tent, or similar covering must be tied down, weighted, strapped, or otherwise secured. Your covering, tables, chairs, displays, and merchandise must also be secure. You are responsible for any damage to your property or equipment causes to any other vendors, people, or property. Private security will be on site starting Friday night.

The site of Big Bike Weekend is Redding Rodeo Grounds, Auditorium Drive, Redding, CA. Security will be on site in the evenings. RV camping on site - no hook ups. Host hotel Red Lion. Registration closes September 20, 2025.

Exhibit Days (Your booth must remain operational during these hours):

Saturday, Oct. 11, 202510:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.

Sunday, Oct. 12, 202511:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m.

Move-Out (Exhibitor shall not initiate teardown or abandon exhibit prior to the official Rally closing time on the final Rally day: Sunday, Oct. 13, 2025 at 3:00 p.m.
