  • NOTICE TO EXIT STORE

    PLEASE PROVIDE MAXIMUM NOTICE POSSIBLE for your exit from store. Generally a minimum of 2 weeks notice is required. More in times of peak demand. Storage is charged on a monthly basis. Initial charge is to the end of the current month, then charged on the first day of each month in advance. Storage can be changed to weekly if a full month is not required on exit. We will assess the most cost effective option and apply. Weekly storage is available for short-term storage.
  • PAYMENTS

    Storage Payment is via direct debit. Forms are supplied once booking is made. All storage customers will be sent a direct debit request for monthly storage (unless very short-term storage). A late payment fee of $25 will be applied 5 days after the due date. Fees & charges apply to payments overdue more than 5 days (please refer to terms and conditions). Leader Removals will commence disposal of goods by public auction or private treaty if storage arrears exceed 42 days. Storage charges are current for 6 months and then subject to review. Customers who do not sign up for a direct debit will be charged an additional $25 per month management fee.
  • STORAGE AGREEMENT

    Goods are stored at your sole risk. We recommend that independent insurance cover is taken out by the storer. We would be pleased to provide information on cover options available to our customers. Please see full terms and conditions below.
