Please read the terms below carefully before submitting.
Non-Refundable Deposit: There is a deposit of $200 before vehicle searches begin. Once vehicle search is complete the total sourcing fee amount is due. Total is as follows:
For vehicles priced under $15,000: Flat $500 sourcing fee.
For vehicles priced $15,000 to $25,000: 5% of the target vehicle price (Example: $20,000 vehicle = $1,000 sourcing fee).
For vehicles priced over $25,000: 7% of the target vehicle price.
This fee covers research, auction sourcing, paperwork assistance, and locating vehicles that meet your criteria.
For high-value vehicle searches or complex requests, the sourcing fee may increase based on vehicle type, location, and market demand. The final sourcing fee will be disclosed and agreed upon before any search begins.
Payment instructions will be provided after your request is reviewed.
No Guarantees: Island and Inland LLC acts as a vehicle sourcing agent only and does not guarantee approval for financing, insurance, or warranties.
Inspection & Condition: All vehicles will be presented with available information and photos. It is your responsibility to inspect or arrange inspection before purchasing.
Payment: Full payment for the vehicle will be made directly to the seller/auction by you, unless otherwise arranged.
Timeline: Vehicle sourcing can take between 2 to 5 business days depending on market conditions and availability.
