Important Vendors Information
All Booths must be in place on Saturday, October 18, 2025 by 8:30 am. Event begins at 9:30 am, doors open at 8:30 am. All booth items must be removed by 4:00 pm. Vendor agrees to confine all display activity within assigned space. Vendor agrees to abide by all applicable laws, ordinances and regulations pertaining to health, fire prevention, public safety, business license and sales tax permit. FBC Sisterhood Ministry reserves the right to ask any vendor to leave the event if not acting in the best interest of the event or who does not meet vendor requirements. I hereby agree to indemnify and hold harmless First Baptist Church (FBC), FBC Sisterhood Ministry and it's Officers and Members form and against all liabilities for any injury which I may suffer arising out of or in any way connected with participation in the program noted above. In case of Emergency I may be treated bv a qualified physician.
