Craft Show Vendor Application Form

Trinity Church Fall Festival will be on October 24, 2026 from 11 AM to 4 PM. Please complete the following form to apply as a vendor for our upcoming Fall Festival, trunk or treat and craft show. Provide detailed information to ensure a smooth application process. 1. The vendors will have a 8' table space. 2. The cost is $25 + a contribution to our basket raffle of a basket worth at least $20. If you would prefer to not donate a basket the fee is $45. 3. Please see layout and request your first and second selection for a space. Most of the spaces do have electric available, this is indicated on the layout form. We would like to ask that there is not more than 3 of the same product for sale at the event. I will do my best to spread out products that are similar so that people are not right next to one another. I will do my best to accomodate your selection. The schematic layout drawing will be emailed to you as the file is too big. 4. You MUST provide your own table, we can provide chairs if needed. There will an opportunity to set up the night before from 6-8 PM and the day of the event starting at 8 AM. We do a "Trunk or Treat" that draws approximately 350-400 children with their families. 5. No food vendors please as we sell food at the event. The vendor craft show will be from 11 AM to 4 PM, please be set up 30 prior to the start.
