Craft Show Vendor Application Form

Please complete the following form to apply as a vendor for our upcoming Fall Festival, trunk or treat and craft show. Provide detailed information to ensure a smooth application process. An 10x10 tent site table space is $25 + a contribution to our basket raffle of a basket worth at least $20. If you would prefer to not donate a basket the fee is $45. You may bring a 10x10 tent If the event .Please note this event is inside and outside. The craft show will be outside, unfortunately we do not offer electricity. In case of really inclimate weather, we will have the craft show inside in the education wing or in the gym across the parking lot. If the event is inside we ask that you limit your space to and 8' table. We do a "Trunk or Treat" that draws approximately 350-500 children with their families. No food vendors please as we sell food inside at the event. The vendor craft show will be from 11 AM to 4 PM, please be set up 30 prior to the start. Trunk or Treat goes from 1-3 PM, the Fall Festival runs from 11 AM to 4 PM. Questions? contact Donna Lavallee, (716) 803-7605 or dlavallee44@gmail.com. There is a Haunted Hayride from 6-9 PM. Some people have asked if they can stay open for that event as well. There is not nearly as many people (200) mostly youth and that event starts in the front of the church so logistically people would have to switch locations. You are welcome to stay for that if you would like.
