    We’re curating a vibrant mix of stallholders offering handmade goods, boutique products, local produce, family-friendly activities and more. Whether you’re a small business, creative maker, or community group we’d love to hear from you.

  • Vendor Fees 

    Market stalls & local business pop-ups- $45 per event 

    Book all three dates - $40 per event ($15 saving)

  • REFUNDS:
    Stall fees are non-refundable. 

    For vendors unable to attend their booked market, early notification is essential to facilitate replacement. Vendros are required to email Market Operator - Jess at hello@talkmillennial.com.au

    BUMP IN/BUMP OUT:
    Bump in begins at 7.30am, and vendors can bump out after 1.00pm at their discretion. Vendors must be ready to trade when the market opens at 9.00am. Packing down before the market's official end is not permitted.

    PUBLIC LIABILITY INSURANCE:
    All vendors must carry a minimum of $10 million Public & Product Liability Insurance.

    VEHICLES:
    Vendors' personal vehicles can be parked in any of the shopping center bays. 

    WASTE:
    Stallholders must clean their spot and remove waste from the site. No dumping of waste is allowed in any of the shopping centers or event bins. 

    ELECTRICAL EQUIPMENT, LIGHTING & WEIGHTS:
    Stallholders must have their electrical equipment tagged and tested. This is an indoor market so no marquee/weights required

    RISK & SAFETY:
    Stallholders must minimize risks and report accidents or incidents involving third parties to Jess the Market Manager. 

    LOSS OR DAMAGE:
    The Market Operator or Manager is not liable for any loss or damage to stallholders' property, products, or persons.

    PUBLICITY:
    Stallholders agree to the recording, filming, or photographing of themselves or their businesses for publication on websites and social media platforms.
