Once registered, you will receive ahead of the meeting an email from: "no-reply@cor.europa.eu", prompting you to register on the Cor eVisitor system.

⚠️ Please make sure to enter your correct and current email address when registering. This is essential, as access to the CoR building will not be granted if the email does not match your eVisitor registration.

>> On-site registration on the day of the event is NOT allowed.

Delegates having a badge are requested to register as well so that we have an exact capacity for the room and catering.

NOTE: photographs and videos may be taken during this event. These materials could be used for communication purposes and may also be published on social media or our website. For this publication, any personal data, including photographs of the event, will be processed in accordance with EU’s new data privacy law (GDPR). Should you wish not to feature in those materials, please contact us at gdpr@crpm.org.

If the recording is going to capture me speaking (e.g. an interview, presenting information, etc), I also agree that I will only include any material in the recording which is the intellectual property (including copyright) of another party, if I have their permission or a licence to do so and irrevocably licence the  project partners to use and sub-licence any copyright in the words spoken (once fixed by the recording).
