As the appointed representative of the above-named entity, I hereby release the Dale City Civic Association and Parade Committee members and member organizations from liability, either direct or implied, from any accidents or damages that might occur. We understand and agree that the Dale City Parade Committee has the right to delete any entry from the parade for any inappropriate display or behavior by any participant and, upon typing my name below, agree to abide by all rules and conditions of participation.

Family Fun Day Entries

FAMILY FUN DAY begins after the parade is over and runs until 2 pm. Each 10x10 booth space needed requires an entry fee. All fees are non-refundable. Spaces do not have access to power or water. Please bring everything you need with you: tent/chairs/etc. You are responsible for cleaning up around your area before you leave. Please email us with any questions! Family Fun entry -Any food sales and cooking on the premises requires a county license or temporary permit which must be posted. Booths are not allowed to give away free food.

Be a Main Parade Sponsor by donating toward the $25,000 needed to fund the police to protect the parade. Main Sponsors receive 1 full page in the Parade Booklet and top billing on all parade advertising.

Sponsor all of our printing at the Parade and Family Fun Day. Your logo will be on the printed items and you will receive a full-page advertisement in the booklet. We have 2 Printing sponsorships available.

This pays for the insurance policy required for the parade.

To pay for the Temporary Activities Permit required by the county.
