OCRDA has a short amount of time within which to confirm the reservation with the hotel, so we would really appreciate your support in helping us plan by submitting your dinner reservation via this form. 

You can choose to pay a £20 per person deposit or pay in full per person at this stage.

If you choose to pay a deposit, the balance must be paid by 7th January by revisiting this form and selecting the "Pay My Balance" option.

Full cost per person is £65.00

 

Once we confirm the overall reservation with the hotel, we can work on the menu choices.

3 Course Evening Meal, Entertainment and Wine

Accommodation needs to be booked direct with the hotel. 

Details to book will be included in your confirmation email. 

The Holiday Inn has allocated 70 rooms to us at the following prices: 

1.    Standard Room Double B&B £104 per night for Saturday 7th February.

The same price applies if you decide to arrive on Friday 6th February and stay for 2 nights. 

Standard Double Rooms B&B for Single Occupancy are £91 per night.

2.    There are also a limited number of Premium Rooms Double B&B £126 per night.

 

I understand:

If I am paying a £20 per person deposit, this is non-refundable and the balance is due by 7th January, 2026.

If I am paying the full £65 per person, £20 of this is a non-refundable deposit.  

Menu choices will be circulated by OCRDA as soon as possible.  

By making and paying for this booking, I take responsibility for collating and forwarding menu choices for those named in this booking form to OCRDA as required. 

I understand accommodation can only be booked directly with the Hotel.
