Registration is now open for the Vespa Club of D.C.'s annual rally, taking place on September 5-6, 2025! Registration is $75, or just $50 for Vespa Club of DC members.
VCDC Membership

If you signed up for VCDC membership before last year's Raduno, you'll need to renew in order to take advantage of the discount. If you are a member but signed up after Raduno 2024, you should have already gotten a coupon code for your discount to this year's rally. Membership is $50 annually and includes access to some members only events and opportunities throughout the year. Most VCDC rides and events -- including Raduno -- remain open to all. The Vespa Club of D.C. does not tolerate any kind of violence, reckless driving, driving under the influence, or weapons during the Raduno. You may be removed from the event if you violate this policy and will not receive a refund.

This includes, but is not limited to, actual physical violence, threats of violence, fights or arguments between attendees, use of abusive language, any attempt at intimidating or instilling fear in others, menacing gestures, talking or any other hostile, aggressive, injurious or destructive action undertaken for the purpose of domination or intimidation, or bringing weapons of any type to the event.

If you see a threatening or uncomfortable situation or feel threatened, do not try to handle the situation yourself. Instead, immediately contact one of the Raduno organizers or a Board member. Any incident will be assessed, and appropriate action will be taken. If the Club determines, after an appropriate good faith investigation, that someone has violated this policy, will take swift and appropriate corrective action, up to and including ejecting the violator from the event.

WAIVER OF LIABILITY, INDEMNIFICATION AND RELEASE OF ALL CLAIMS

Each participant of the Vespa Club of DC's rides and events, by signing this WAIVER OF LIABILITY, INDEMNIFICATION and RELEASE of ALL CLAIMS, certifies that he or she is of the age of eighteen (18) years or older, competent, and that he or she has read, understands, and is hereby bound by this WAIVER, INDEMNIFICATION and RELEASE.

I, the undersigned, on behalf of myself, my agents and heirs, successors or assigns agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Vespa Committee of Washington DC, DBA Vespa Club of D.C. (hereinafter "Vespa Club of D.C."), its Board of Directors, members, agents, servants, employees, volunteers, officials, and participants (collectively referred to as "Released Parties") from any and all claims, losses, actions or injuries including, but not limited to property damage or personal injury, regardless of the theory of recovery whether sounding in law or equity, tort or contract or any other theory under relevant or applicable laws. I further agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless the Vespa Club of DC and all other Released Parties from all claims asserted against them by third parties alleged to have been caused by or arisen from my conduct during Vespa Club of D.C. rides and events.

I am experienced in, and familiar with the operation of motor scooters, licensed and insured to operate them, and acknowledge and agree that I am participating voluntarily and at my own risk in the ride. I also assert that I am fully aware that participation in the Vespa Club of D.C.'s rides and events involves inherently dangerous activities and risks of serious injury or death. I, by my signature below, assume all such risks reasonably inherent to participation is such event, whether known or unknown, and hold the Vespa Club of D.C. and all other Released Parties harmless from and indemnify them against all claims, including those for any injury or loss resulting directly or indirectly from the acts or omissions of the Vespa Club of D.C. or the Released Parties.

I UNDERSTAND THAT THIS MEANS THAT I AGREE NOT TO SUE THE RELEASED PARTIES FOR ANY INJURY, LOSS OR DAMAGE TO MYSELF, MY PASSENGER(S) OR MY PROPERTY DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY RESULTING FROM, OR IN CONNECTION WITH, ANY VESPA CLUB OF DC ACTIVITY OR EVENT.

I agree that I will not use or operate any vehicle in violation or contravention of any of the rules, laws or regulations of any jurisdiction, including the District of Columbia or any other city, county, state or federal jurisdiction in which such vehicle is operated. I understand and agree that this prohibition includes driving while under the influence of alcohol or any substance which affects my ability to operate or control my motor vehicle, or while otherwise incapacitated or distracted. I agree to strictly adhere to helmet laws of these jurisdictions.

By signing this release, I certify that I have read this Release and fully understand it and that I am not relying on any statements or representations made by or on behalf of the Release Parties.
