The HMS PTO is excited to offer the opportunity to have your student's locker decorated for their Birthday! The deadline for purchasing birthday locker decorations is the 25th of the month prior to your child's birthday month. Example - If your child's birthday is in September, the deadline to purchase is August 25th. You may use this form to order for any month of the year that meets these guidelines.
