Registration Form

To ensure a positive experience for all students and families, please review and accept the following policies before completing your registration:

Attendance & Conduct
Students must attend class regularly and arrive on time to ensure safety and progress.

Dress Code
Wear flexible clothing and closed-toe shoes appropriate for movement (no sandals or heels).
Hair must be secured off the face. Avoid noisy accessories

Zero Tollerance Policy
No drugs or alcohol are allowed at any time. Violations will result in immediate removal from the program, and refunds will not be given.

Personal Belongings
Please keep valuables with your child at all times. OPAC is not responsible for lost or stolen items.

Liability Waiver
You agree to release and hold harmless HCCT, OPAC, and its staff, volunteers, and agents from any and all claims related to injury, illness, property damage, or loss during participation in our programs. This release applies even if caused by the negligence of HCCT/OPAC.

To secure your child’s spot in camp, payment must be received in full.

Your child’s registration is not confirmed until payment is received. Camp spaces are limited and filled on a first-paid, first-confirmed basis.

Tuition Rates & Promotional Periods

Tuition is charged per child and is determined by the date full payment is received, not the date the registration form is submitted.

Early Registration:
April 1, 2026 – April 30, 2026
$300 per child

Standard Registration:
May 1, 2026 – June 14, 2026
$325 per child

Late Registration:
June 15, 2026 – July 5, 2026
$350 per child

To qualify for a specific registration rate, payment must be received in full within the corresponding promotional period.

If payment is received after a promotional deadline, the tuition rate in effect on the date payment is received will apply.

Registrations selecting check payment are responsible for ensuring payment is delivered prior to the applicable deadline in order to receive that rate.

Scholarship Information

Hill Country Community Theatre is committed to ensuring that every child who wants to participate has the opportunity to do so. Scholarships are available for families who request assistance.

Families seeking scholarship support simply need to indicate their request on the registration form. No additional documentation is required.

Scholarship awards are provided as funding allows and are processed in the order requests are received. 

Both camp spaces and scholarship support are offered on a first-come, first-served basis.
