1. Due to limited spaces, enrolment will only take place when there is space available in the Madrasah. Parents will be contacted accordingly. No enrolment will take place after May.
2. The minimum age for admission for both boys and girls is 4 years and 6 months. (proof must be provided)
3. Admission or re-admission fee will be £30.00 per child.
4. Subscription fee will be £20.00 per month, whether the child attends the Madrasah all month or not. Subscription fee should be paid within the first week of each month.
5. The academic year runs from September to July with breaks in accordance to holiday planner.
6. Madrasah hours are 4.45pm to 7.15pm every weekday which is split into 2 sessions. Session 1 is from 4.45pm to 6pm and Session 2 is from 6pm to 7.15pm. A session will be allocated to your child dependant on space. Please ensure that your child arrives no earlier than 4.40pm or 5.55pm and punctual for either session. Madrasah will not take responsibility for your child arriving prior to this time or travelling to/from home.
7. As an institution, we require all pupils to be in uniform and appropriate under clothing. If your child is not in uniform or in inappropriate clothing then he/she will be sent home until this is rectified.
8. The parents must inform the class teacher in writing if your child is absent or requires finishing early.
9. If you are planning to go on holiday with your child for more than a week, then you will require to notify the Madrasah management in writing with the length and reason for extended leave. This will be subject to approval. If approved, monthly subscription fee will be required to be paid.
10. If your child is absent for more than four weeks without any notice his/her name will be removed from the register. Re-admission will then depend on the availability of space.
11. Please ensure that your child has been to the toilet prior to leaving home. If your child were to have an accident then we will immediately contact you to take them home.
12. When arriving to collect your child, it is vital that you wait for them downstairs and do not enter the Madrasah.
13. All students are subject to detention after Madrasah due to the new disciplinary policy. The length of the detention will depend on the severity of the issue.
14. The Madrasah management reserves the right to suspend or expel any student due to his/her behaviour.
15. Discipline will be the foremost priority of the Madrasah, any student found deviating from the disciplinary rules will be sent home by the teacher.
16. All students are provided with personal record diaries, these are to be regularly monitored and signed by all parents. Any concerns about your child’s education must be raised with the Madrasah management and not the teacher. Your matter will be dealt with seriously and confidentially.
17. No action can be taken against A.R.M or the teacher, under any circumstances. Any complaints will be dealt by the Madrasah management.
18. All students MUST adhere to the Madrasah guidelines, disciplinary processes and policies which are in place.
