The CEIC Community Catalyst Award honors an individual whose visionary leadership ignites positive change and strengthens the fabric of our community. This award recognizes those who embody the resilience and forward-thinking spirit of the Central Eastside, fostering a deep sense of belonging and unity throughout the District.

Nominees will be honored at our Annual Member Celebration on Tuesday, December 2nd, where they will receive a complimentary table at the event and a signature award detailing the honor.

Please use the form below to nominate an individual for the Community Catalyst Award. This award honors someone whose visionary leadership ignites positive change and strengthens the fabric of the Central Eastside community.

Nominees should reflect the award’s core values—resilience, innovation, and a commitment to building belonging and unity within the District. To be eligible, nominees must have a business physically located within the Central Eastside Industrial District, defined as the area between the Willamette River and SE 12th Avenue, and from I-84 to SE Powell Boulevard.

In your submission, please describe how the nominee’s actions align with these objectives. Be as specific as possible—examples, initiatives, or stories that illustrate their impact are especially helpful.

All nominations will be reviewed by the CEIC Membership Committee along with the previous year’s Community Catalyst Award recipient.
