  • Join us for an honest, transformative conversation on Men in Mental Health, where lived experience meets clinical insight and community leadership. This free forum features three powerful voices who are reshaping how we understand mental health in our communities:

James Sweat – A New Haven native whose journey from the streets to recovery has made him a powerful speaker, author, and motivator. His story is raw, real, and a reminder that your past doesn't define your future.
Abdul-Rahmaan Muhammad – Visionary founder of My People Clinical Services and creator of The Manhood Tree, a statewide leader and advocate for fatherhood, wellness, and Black men's empowerment.
Demetrius Chamblee – Entrepreneur, investor, and community advocate making real impact through literacy, financial empowerment, and grassroots support for Black-owned businesses.

Whether you're a mental health professional, a father, a community leader, or someone just trying to heal—this space is for you. Together, we’ll explore the cultural and emotional layers that shape men’s mental health journeys.
